I hereby agree to allow Euro Fashion Models to provide me projects and services as a model and agree to make all reasonable efforts to assist in modelling services when requested, but always subject to my availability

I understand and agree that I am not an employee of Euro Fashion Models, and as such there is no employment contract. Euro Fashion Models is facilitating a service that invites me to volunteer for projects and services which enable me to make money from modelling, content and media creation

I understand that I will receive payment for any photoshoots, content sales or any other service I undertake at a rate agreed before any photoshoot, content sale or other service takes place. The payment method will also be agreed beforehand

I acknowledge that a number of services offered by Euro Fashion Models will mean I don't get paid at the time of the shoot, or submission of content. Instead, I will receive an income based on the sales of my content and media, less a commission which will be deducted by Euro Fashion Models before payment is made to me. Euro Fashion Models does not offer any guarantee of income or amount

I accept it is my responsibility to get to the shoot location advised on or before the time stated on the Call Sheet. I understand that Euro Fashion Models is in no way responsible for any accidents or injuries I may have on the way to or from a shoot location

I understand that for shoots that require travel extended distances, such as over 30kms transport will be arranged or an appropriate payment will be provided

I accept that Euro Fashion Models is paid a service fee from their clients to co-ordinate models for given projects and that amount is confidential between the client and Euro Fashion Models

I accept that I will be required to sign model release forms that allows the usage of my image from any shoots, or content I upload, unconditionally, without further claim of a fee or compensation from me at any time. I also understand that any files I submit to Euro Fashion Models may be used by Euro Fashion Models for promotional, marketing and any other use without any further claim of a fee or compensation

I understand that Euro Fashion Models may use any files I submit to them – including photographs and videos – for marketing and other purposes. I agree that I shall not be subject to claim or fee

I agree that I will forward photographic proof of age identification to Euro Fashion Models as soon as it is requested and that I may not be paid should I fail to supply this in a timely manner

I understand that much planning goes into arranging a photography shoot and to replace people at short notice is difficult. I will contact Euro Fashion Models as soon as possible if I am unable to attend a shoot after accepting and offer from Euro Fashion Models

I agree to keep Euro Fashion Models informed of my correct contact details including home phone, mobile phone and e-mail address

Our competitions are designed to be fun. No cash alternative is available for the prizes on offer. Our competitions may be withdrawn at any time. The winning entries will be judged against certain criteria. Feedback is available for unsuccessful entries

Do you keep my personal details secure?
When you sign up with Euro Fashion Models, your details are added to our database so that we can contact you to discuss opportunities to participate in photo shoots as they arise or to offer you services. Please be assured that your personal data is kept in a secure location. Personal contact information is not sold or given to third parties, and does not appear on any websites or public forums

Am I being employed by Euro Fashion Models?
It is important to note that you are not being employed by Euro Fashion Models, and as such there is no employment contract. Most of our models consider it more as a hobby. Euro Fashion Models is facilitating a service that invites models to volunteer for projects and to receive our services in order to make money from media produced either by Euro Fashion Models or yourself

Do I receive anything for attending a photo shoot?
You will receive payment in cash (unless we have another agreement in place) for the time you spend at the shoot. This amount will be agreed between Euro Fashion Models and you before the time of the shoot Do I receive anything for producing my own content?
Absolutely. This is why we are in the business we are in. You will be paid according to the contract we agree upon. There are a number of options available where you will be paid in full at the time you submit your content, or paid monthly for the content based on how the media is distributed

Will working with Euro Fashion Models create inconvenience to my lifestyle?
We do our best to make the process as fun and easy as possible. For example, we will schedule shoots outside of peak hour to avoid heavy traffic where possible, and we are extremely flexible to work around your schedule

How does Euro Fashion Models contact me about photo shoots?
When we receive requests for photo shoots, we contact appropriate models based on the requirements normally by e-mail, as it is faster than making phone calls

Do I have to accept photo shoots offered to me?
At all times, it is up to you to say ‘yes’ if you would like to be part of the shoot. Signing up with Euro Fashion Models does not commit you to accept the jobs you are offered. You decide the shoots you want to attend and those you don’t

Why will I be chosen for a photo shoot?
Many factors affect the choice of models based what the client is trying to portray, the location and activities required in the shot. The information you supply when you register with us, along with your portfolio files, go a long way to helping us decide whether you are right for the project or not

What to wear?
We will discuss this with you in full before you come along to the photoshoot. This will depend entirely on the type of shoot

How do I get to the shoot location?
Information on the location, time, travel, parking and what to bring is all confirmed 24 hours prior to the shoot via an e-mail containing a ‘Call Sheet’. It your responsibility to get yourself to the shoot location, on or before the time stated on the Call Sheet. Euro Fashion Models are in no way responsible for any accidents of injuries on your way to or from a shoot location. For shoots that require you to travel extended distances, such as over 30kms, transport will be arranged or an appropriate payment will be provided to you

What happens at the photo shoot?
At the shoot you will be provided clear instructions on what will be happening. You will be asked to sign a consent form giving Euro Fashion Models the right to use the media created. Your hair and makeup may be styled before you are expected to perform. You are able to say that you are uncomfortable at any time and the shoot will be stopped until we sort out whatever you are not happy about

What happens if I am unable to attend a photo shoot after accepting?
Weeks of planning go into arranging a photo shoot and to replace people at short notice is near impossible. By not turning up without contacting Euro Fashion Models prior may jeopardise the shoot going ahead and inconvenience others. We understand that people’s plans change, but we do ask that you contact us as soon as possible if you cannot attend a shoot you have agreed to attend. Please contact your co-ordinator as soon as possible
